What we collect when you use the PumpCrest console, why, and what stays on your own device.

Last updated 12 October 2026

The short version

PumpCrest collects as little as it can. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies and no advertising scripts. We keep the details of the sessions you configure so we can run them and answer questions about them, and the ordinary logs any web server keeps.

What we collect

When you use the console, these items reach our server:

  • Token lookups: the contract address you paste, so we can return the token name, ticker and image.
  • Order details: when you open the payment step or tell us you have paid, we record the token address, the settings you chose, the fee and the payment address shown to you.
  • Payment checks: while the console watches for your payment, it asks our server for recent transactions to the payment address. Those transactions are public on Solana.
  • Server logs: like most websites, our server records requests, including IP address, browser type and time. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
  • Email: if you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can help you and keep a record of what was agreed.
  • Help widget: a ticket you open in the help widget is not saved on our servers. The contact you leave is used only to reply to that ticket.

What stays in your browser

Saved projects and the settings in a copied config link are stored in your own browser, not on our server. If you upload your own comment file, it is read inside your browser to count and preview the lines. You can clear saved projects at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Third parties

To look up a token, our server may query Solana RPC and token data providers with the contract address only. Token images are fetched through our server so your browser does not contact those hosts directly. Your payment itself is a public Solana transaction that anyone can see on a block explorer. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How we use it

We use the information above to run and support sessions, to match payments to orders, to keep the service secure and to fix problems. We do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to support sessions and to keep business records. Server logs are rotated and deleted on a regular schedule. Emails are kept while they are useful for support.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@pumpcrest.com. Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons, and public blockchain data, cannot be deleted.

Changes

We will update this page if what we collect changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also the Terms of Service.

PumpCrest is a Pump.fun volume bot for Solana token launches. It trades a token from a fresh batch of 500 to 10,000 wallets, posts replies and favorites on the token page and follows the token from the bonding curve into its PumpSwap or Raydium pool, all inside one session. Some people call it a Solana volume bot, a pump fun volume bot or a memecoin volume bot; the job is the same. Sessions start at 100 SOL of target volume for a flat 1% fee, with no install, no seed phrase and no wallet connection.
